ATNS Support Graduate in Training Benefits

By participating in the ATNS Support Graduate in Training Programme, graduates will experience:

• 24 months of on-the-job training, technical and professional development.
• Exposure to ATNS Quality Management Systems, CHE, TETA, SACAA, and relevant regulations.
• Mentorship and coaching throughout the entire program.
• A monthly salary to support their training.

Through this program, Quality Management trainees will be trained to assist in providing quality oversight at the Aviation Training Academy (ATA), helping it become a world-class aviation training academy that meets customer requirements.

ATNS Support Graduate in Training Eligibility

To be eligible for the ATNS Support Graduate in Training Programme, applicants must:

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Be a South African citizen.
• Be computer literate.
• Have no work experience or no more than one year of full-time work experience in the field of study since graduating.

Preference will be given to applicants whose qualifications align with the skills required by the business.
