Cashbuild Trainee Store Manager Eligibility
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a Grade 12 qualification with at least two years of retail management experience
- Hold a valid driver’s license and ID or valid work permit
- Have strong accounting, leadership, and administrative skills
- Be computer literate, at least with basic computer literacy
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have own transport and cell phone
- Have a sound understanding of Health and Safety aspects according to local (OHSA) and neighboring countries’ legislation
- Have robust human resources skills
