Denver College Online Application Forms – 2024/2025 Admission

This article contains information on the Denver Technical College application form and requirements for admission into certificate and Diploma programmes for the 2022–2025 academic year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified SCHOOL LEAVERS, NON-SCHOOL LEAVERS, and SPECIAL CASES.

DENVER TECHNICAL COLLEGE ADMISSION GUIDELINES AND FORMS

For annual programmes, students must pre-enrol at the end of the year for the following academic year. Enrollment forms must be accompanied by proof of payment of the non-refundable registration fee. Please bring a certified copy of your ID and the latest school report or certificate for enrollment purposes. All courses are subject to student numbers.

Denver Technical College Online Application/Registration Procedure and Guidelines

1. Students are to submit ALL documents with their registration form, i.e., a D copy, a copy of the results, and proof of payment. Failure to do so will result in your form not being captured.
2. All foreign students must attach their study permit; failure to do so will result in their form not being captured.
3. Students are not permitted to register for one subject at more than one level, for example, Mathematics N3 and Mathematics N4. Students may only do one or the other.
4. All corrections for registration should be done 7 days after initial registration and before the closing date for registration, and must be done so in writing.
5. Students are not permitted to register at more than two levels.
6. Students are only allowed to do a maximum of two subject’s exams.
7. Please submit your application form before the closing date.
8. A R350 registration fee must accompany this form (non-refundable); students can only attend classes if their fees are up-to-date.
9. N3 engineering students must pay for Umalusi Certificates (uMalusi Rates).
10. You must notify the registrar in writing immediately should you decide not to continue with your studies.
11. This college retains the right to refuse any applications without stating reasons.

UPLOAD SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION

Everyone applying for a new qualification must submit the required documents (all first-time applicants and Orbit TVET College students starting a new qualification). The due date for uploading the required documents is the closing date for applications. No documents submitted after the closing date for applications will be accepted.

Orbit TVET College does not provide scanners or electronic devices. Please ensure that your documents are scanned and uploaded to an electronic device before starting the application process.

DENVER TECHNICAL COLLEGE APPLICATION: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

All applicants starting a new qualification must upload all the required documents, which generally consist of the following:

• Birth Certificate or Identity Document (Proof of application for new ID or passport)
• The most recent Academic results
• Certificates/Qualifications
• Municipal billing documents or other account statements (not older than 3 months)

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE)

• Study Permit (valid for the duration of the study period)
• SAQA Foreign Qualifications Evaluation (www.saqa.org.za)
• Passport
