EASTCAPE MIDLANDS COLLEGE REGISTRATION GUIDELINES AND PORTAL
When admission is granted and the applicant is officially captured on the college’s registration system.
The applicant is now an officially registered student of the college, with documentation to proof the student’s registration status.
You need to visit the Eastcape Midlands College campus for now to start your registration. The following are the documents required for your registration to be successful.
FOR MY COLLEGE REGISTRATION:
- – 2/3 certified copy of my ID
- – 2/3 certified copy of my matric certificate or grade 9 certificate
- – 2/3 x proof of residential address or affidavit
FOR MY BURSARY APPLICATION:
- – 2/3 x certified ID copy of the student
- – Certified copies of ID’s of parent/guardian/spouse or death certificates if applicable
- – 2/3 x copy latest academic results with an average of more than 40%
- – Proof of income parents/guardian/spouse
- – Unemployment affidavit if parent/guardian/spouse is unemployed (affidavit not accepted if it is made by a student)
- – Proof of home address
- – Proof of study address if different from home address
- – Proof of bank account in student’s own name (not older than 3 months)
- – If a student is self-sustaining (working, not dependent on someone for financial support) students must provide us with an affidavit stating how they support themselves
FOR THE FINANCE APPLICATION:
- – 1 x certified copy of parent payslip
- – 1 x certified copy of parent ID
- – 1 x certified copy of proof of residence or affidavit
- – One parent/guardian must accompany you
