- Post graduate qualification in the following fields – Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Finance, Research & Innovation, Consumer & Market Insights, Human Resources, Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain.
- Less than 2 years working experience
- Passionate about developing a career in finance within a FMCG environment/beauty and innovation.
- Analytical and Data Driven with willingness to learn.
- Adventurous, driven with entrepreneural spirit, a creative problem solver with an open mind.
- Ambition and the ability to collaborate with diverse and like-minded individuals
- An open mindset, willing to embrace risks, accepts failures and support growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
