Media24 is offering an Internship opportunity to unemployed and prospective graduates to apply in the fields that are in line with the Corporation’s core business. The Corporation is therefore inviting applications for the Media24 Internship Programme that runs for a maximum period of 12 months in the following disciplines/fields of study.

The Media24 Internship Programme uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognized qualification/certification. Media24 provides internship opportunities in the following areas listed below: 

  • Tech Graduate: Data Cloud Engineer
  • Tech Graduate: Mobile Engineers

This internship opportunity is situated at the following locations in South Africa: 

  • Western Cape

MEDIA24 INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY 

Tech Graduate: Mobile Engineers

Requirements

  • An undergrad with a BSc / Informatics
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Programming and databases at major level
  • Stable and strong internet connection for when we work remotely
  • Minimum pass rate of 65% on engineering subjects & database
  • No work experience required
  • Willingness to learn and apply your knowledge
  • Previous knowledge and exposure to Java/Kotlin / React/React Native / JavaScript/Objective-C/Swift advantageous

Tech Graduate: Data Cloud Engineer

Requirements

  • An undergrad with a BSc / Informatics
  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Programming and databases at major level
  • Stable and strong internet connection for when we work remotely
  • Minimum pass rate of 65% on engineering subjects & database
  • No work experience required
  • Willingness to learn and apply your knowledge
  • Previous knowledge and exposure to Python/SQL advantageous
