NWU REGISTRATION GUIDELINES AND PORTAL
Click the NWU online registration webpage/portal link to start your registration
- Go to the NWU Student Portal.
- You must have already received an official email from NWU with your Student Portal credentials (username and password).
- Enter your student number and password.
- If this is your first login, you will be prompted to reset your password.
- Navigate past any pop-up blockers – add NWU’s URL to your browser’s “allowed sites” if needed.
- After logging in, go to the Dashboard.
- Find and click the “Registration” tab.
- Select your academic year, semester, and qualification.
- A list of your eligible modules (courses) will appear.
- Carefully choose your modules. Each module has a credit value – ensure the total credits match your curriculum requirement for the year.
- Click “Add to Registration” for each module.
- Go to the “My Finances” section.
- Select “Online Payment”.
- Choose “Semester 1” under the Term dropdown when making your minimum required payment.
- Use a secure payment method to complete the transaction.
- Once your modules are selected and payment is processed, submit your registration.
- Save and print your proof of registration for your records.
