Minimum Qualifications:
- BCom degree or equivalent
Key Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong interest in SAP security and authorization
- Solid cognitive abilities and eagerness to learn
- Basic computer skills and a genuine interest in technology
- Curiosity and ability to learn complex concepts quickly
- Capability to follow instructions closely
- Capacity to manage workload under time pressure
- Excellent communication skills (clear and concise)
Certifications:
- Relevant SAP certifications are preferred, especially security-related certifications; however, SAP security training will be provided
In terms of the job role, the SAP CoE Security Specialist will assist clients remotely with implementing and managing their SAP security requirements. Key activities will include:
- Implementing application role concepts for SAP ABAP-stack environments (e.g., SAP ERP, HR, BW)
- Implementing application role concepts for SAP non-ABAP environments (e.g., Ariba, SAC, S/4HANA Cloud, Workforce, Successfactors)
- Test preparation and defect handling for functional role tests and user acceptance tests with integrated role tests
- Implementing business role concepts and localization/rollout of the business roles
- Cutover preparation & execution with user to business/application role assignments, switch over, and hypercare support
- Analyzing segregation of duties and sensitive access rules on user, business role, and application role level
- Supporting resolution of SoD conflicts
This role may involve travelling to Europe once or twice a year.
