To use the UFS Business School, UFSBS online application feature, you must have a working internet device, a valid email address which is not shared with another UFS Business School, UFSBS applicant, your South African identity number, or, if you are an international applicant, your passport number. Kindly follow the easy steps below to apply online for UFS Business School, UFSBS (UFS Business School, UFSBS Online Application) admission: 

1. Apply Online    

• Step 1: Please apply online via the UFS Business School, UFSBS Application Portal if you are enrolling in postgraduate, Postgraduate, Study Abroad or Graduate School of Business Exchange programme.    
• Step 2: If you are a first-time user, you will then be prompted to click on the brochure to be sure of the programme you are enrolling for.
• Step 3: After you are done with the above steps, you can then click on “application form,” where you will be required to fill out the necessary information like your Personal Details, Nationality, Address Information, disability information, Study Choices, Residential Address, Postal Address, Contact Details, Demographic Details, Next of Kin, Emergency Contact, Current Activities, Employment, Education, Indemnity undertaking, make Payment and upload the necessary Documents.    
• Step 5: When you are done, kindly Submit your application form to the address below:

2. Acknowledgement of Application    

• You will receive an email confirming online submission of your application immediately.   
• Within three working days, you should receive formal acknowledgment of your application along with your student number and log-in details.   
• Note that this acknowledgement does not mean you’ve been accepted or admitted to UFS Business School, UL.   

3. Upload Supporting Documents    

In order to consider your application, please upload every necessary supporting documents listed below on this article. If the application is incomplete, it may be declined by the University.  

4. Acceptance of Offer    

When we update your application, you will receive an email notification. Please monitor your email account closely for updates. You can also check your status online with the log-in credentials that we will send you after you apply. We are not permitted to disclose your application status telephonically.

2. Certified copies of:
   • A National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 results
   • Identity / Passport document

Bachelor of Management Leadership (BML)

1. Completed recommendation form signed by your employer (The form is available on page 25 in this brochure), and
2. Proof of payment of selection fees and
3. Certified copies of:
   • A National Senior Certificate, Grade 12 results, or
   • Certificate of Highest School qualification obtained, with the particular school’s stamp
   • All other qualification certificates obtained at any other
   • Identity / Passport document

Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDip)

1. Completed recommendation form signed by your employer (The form is available on page 25 in this brochure), and
2. Proof of payment of selection fees and
3. Certified copies of:
   • Bachelor’s degree, and
   • Bachelor’s degree study record
   • Identity / Passport document

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

1. Completed recommendation form signed by your employer (The form is available on page 25 in this brochure), and
2. Proof of payment of selection fees and
3. Certified copies of:
   • A four-year, applicable Bachelor’s degree
   • An applicable Honours degree
   • A Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration
   • Study records for both the Bachelor’s degree and the Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration
   • Identity / Passport document

Philosophiae Doctoral in Business Administration (Ph.D.)

1. Proof of payment of selection fees and
2. Certified copies of:
   • A Bachelor’s degree  or equivalent certificate NQF Level 7 qualification
   • An MBA or equivalent Master’s degree
   • Study records for both the Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees
   • Identity / Passport document
