Application for the Vaal University of Technology (VUT) Peer education programme for the 2021 academic year is now open for all interested student that would like to be a peer buddy.
Centre for Health Education and Development is delighted to invite application for Peer Education Programme. It is a volunteer programme which aims to empower students to become active agents of change both within and outside the university context.
The programme involves the following:
- Peer buddies commit to a full year 2021
- Attend a 2-day training
- Present programme at residences , online and on campus.
- Empowerment
VUT PEER EDUCATION PROGRAMME ELIGIBILITY
- Senior students from 2nd year.
- Available for full academic year.
- Obtain 60% average.
- Have keen interest in helping others.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
