Eligibility
Ideal candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree (obtained in 2022 or 2023) from a recognized University in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related fields.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An open mindset and confidence to work in a progressive multinational organization.
- Eagerness to learn and socialize in a diverse and inclusive environment.
- Skills and experience in using current technology, such as MS packages and communication tools.

Your Role
As part of the Graduate Program, you will:
- Complete all assigned tasks at each stage of the rotation program.
- Assist with day-to-day operations and participate in meetings and other learning opportunities.
- Observe and learn from experienced employees, gaining insights into company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Travel to different offices and participate in daily operations as required.
- Document your progress in the role and have regular reviews with the Line Manager.

- If your application is shortlisted, the HR or Resourcing team will contact you.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a first interview. This could be via phone, video conference, or face-to-face.
- Candidates who progress to the second stage may be asked to complete online assessments relevant to the role.
- Second-stage candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview that may include a skills-based exercise or presentation.
