ETHEKWINI MUNICIPALITY DRIVER’S LICENCE PROGRAMME ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Before you proceed with the application, kindly ensure you meet the following prerequisites:

  • Academic Qualification: Possession of Matric or an equivalent qualification recognised at NQF level 4.
  • Age Limit: The programme is open to individuals who are between 18 to 35 years of age.
  • Employment Status: Applicants must be currently unemployed and not engaged in any training or educational programme.
  • Citizenship: Only South African citizens are eligible to apply.
  • Income Proof: Candidates need to present verification documents illustrating their parent’s income status, which should either be pension or no income.
