Future Leaders Development Programme Eligibility

To be eligible for the Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme, applicants must:

• Have a strong desire to pursue a career in FMCG with Tiger Brands
• Have a sound academic record at an accredited institution
• Have recently completed their 3rd or 4th year tertiary qualification
• Not have worked full time (more than 1 year, not including workplace experience) in their field of study
• Be computer literate in MS Word and Excel
• Hold a valid driver’s license

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualifications to be considered for the Chemical Engineering stream:

• BSc/BEng Degree (Chemical)
• 65% Academic Average
• Citizenship in the country of hire
• High levels of ambition and self-motivation, supported by a strong desire for a career in FMCG, within Tiger Brands
• Leadership and team working capabilities
• Be a recent graduate from a tertiary institution in South Africa
• Work authorization in the country for which application is being submitted
