  • Acting as a primary contact for customer support questions
  • Monitoring customers’ DMARC/AT environment and providing details to them
  • Escalating and tracking issues raised within Mimecast
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
  • Assisting customers with the implementation and adoption of Mimecast products, such as DMARC Analyzer and Awareness Training
  • Providing exceptional support to Mimecast customers, partners, resellers, and internal staff
  • Covering global customers between the hours of 8:30 am and 10:30 pm as part of a regular shift pattern
