Mimecast Managed Services IT Graduate Program Roles and Responsibilities
As a Mimecast Managed Services Engineer Graduate, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing events and identifying security threats using Mimecast and third-party tools
- Maintaining and presenting regularly scheduled reports to customers
- Building and maintaining long-lasting customer relationships
- Handling projects and meetings as appropriate
- Acting as a primary contact for customer support questions
- Monitoring customers’ DMARC/AT environment and providing details to them
- Escalating and tracking issues raised within Mimecast
- Engaging with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
- Assisting customers with the implementation and adoption of Mimecast products, such as DMARC Analyzer and Awareness Training
- Providing exceptional support to Mimecast customers, partners, resellers, and internal staff
- Covering global customers between the hours of 8:30 am and 10:30 pm as part of a regular shift pattern
