INSETA is offering an Internship opportunity to unemployed and prospective graduates to apply in the fields that are in line with the Corporation’s core business. The Corporation is therefore inviting applications for the INSETA Internship Programme that runs for a maximum period of 12 months in the following disciplines/fields of study.

The INSETA Internship Programme uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognized qualification/certification. INSETA provides internship opportunities in the following areas listed below:
- Employee benefits Administrator
- Junior Finance Clerk

INSETA INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
1. INSETA Internship for an Employee benefits Administrator
(FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 12 MONTHS)
Requirements
- Must be South African citizen;
- Matric with a degree or 3-year national diploma or your latest exam result should you be a 3rd year student.
- Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 to 35 years;
- May not be on more than one INSETA funded programme within a 12-month period;
- If previously exited an INSETA funded programme prior to completion will not be considered; and
- Subject to the terms and conditions of the contract of employment entered into with the employer and the performance requirements of the internship programme.
2. INSETA Internship for a Junior Finance Clerk
(FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 12 MONTHS)
Requirements
- Matric with a degree/ diploma in Financial Accounting or Financial Administration or equivalent.
- Must be South African citizen;
- Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18 to 35 years;
- May not be on more than one INSETA funded programme within a 12-month period;
- If previously exited an INSETA funded programme prior to completion will not be considered; and
- Subject to the terms and conditions of the contract of employment entered into with the employer and the performance requirements of the internship programme.
INSETA INTERNSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Applicants must complete all the fields on the INSETA Internship Application form in order to be considered. Incomplete application forms will not be considered.
