Munich Re Graduate Trainee Eligibility
Your Qualifications and Skills:
- A recently graduated individual with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
- Technological proficiency coupled with strong analytical capacities
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Degree specifications based on the position:
- Business Analyst | Africa Strategy: B. Com. (Hons.) degree with Majors in Economics, Finance, or allied fields
- Life Claims | Claims Management: BSc-OT or an analogous qualification
- Information Technology and Business Systems: Degree with Honors in IT
- Accounting | Non-Life RIA Client Accounting: Bcom in Accounting or Insurance & Risk Management or a 3-year National Diploma in the Same
- Data Analyst | Office Services: Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management or a similar qualification
- Underwriter | Life Underwriting: Diploma or degree in medical sciences like Biokinetics, Physiotherapy, Nursing, pharmacy, Laboratory technician, Clinical researcher, or an equivalent qualification

- Driven and zealous.
- An accountable, competent, and decisive nature.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
- Stellar communication and presentation skills
