Nestlé 2024 Trainee Programme Eligibility
The Graduate Trainee Programme offers several distinct opportunities in different areas of the business, each with its own set of requirements:
- Packaging Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree in Food technology, Mechanical Engineering, Food Sciences, or any other relevant qualifications. Minimum 65% academic result.
- Engineering Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 65% academic result.
- Production Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or any other relevant qualifications. Minimum 65% academic result.
- Quality Assurance Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s Degree in Food technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or any other relevant qualifications. Minimum 65% academic result.
- Finance Graduate Trainee: B-Com Accounting, Minimum 70% academic result, and a valid Code 8 driver’s license.
- Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Graduate Trainee: A Degree in Corporate Communications, Media Relations, Journalism, Public Relations, or Public Policy. Minimum 70% academic result.
- Sales Graduate Trainee: A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (BCom) with preference to majors in Economics/Econometrics/Statistics. Minimum 70% academic result and a valid Code 8 driver’s license.
- Human Resource Graduate Trainee: B-Com in either Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or similar. An Honours qualification will be beneficial.
In addition to the academic qualifications, all candidates should be good and strong communicators, fluent in English, team players, prepared to relocate and work flexible hours, self-disciplined, and results-focused.
