This article contains information on how to gain access to the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) Self Screening portal which can be accessed through https://selfscreen.ukzn.ac.za.
The University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) seeks to ensure the health safety for its returning and new students. Therefore, it is pleased to announce the Self Screening Portal, that would make it easy for students do a self health evaluation in the midst of this pandemic anywhere and anytime.
STEPS ON HOW TO ACCESS AND USE THE UKZN SELF SCREENING PORTAL.
The following is a guide on how to access the UKZN Self Screening Portal.
- Open your internet browser e.g. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.
- Go to UKZN Self Screening Portal
- Choose a Login method (Visitor, Staff / Student or Clinic Administrator)
- Choose a Campus (Howard, Medical, Westville, Edgewood or PMB)
- Then you login/register with your Student / Staff Number, Name and Surname.
- After which you will be able to access the the evaluation questions.
Please be aware that you HAVE TO obtain a permit before you can access the UKZN premises. A permit can be obtained HERE. After that, then Click AGREE to acknowledge that you have gotten the permit.
