Computershare Graduate Development Programme Eligibility
To be considered for the Computershare Graduate Development Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID number.
- Be a recently qualified graduate, under the age of 35.
- Hold a valid South African grade 12 matric certificate.
- Have completed a three-year commerce degree from a recognized South African institution.
- Have achieved an above-average (min 65%) tertiary academic aggregate.
- Preferred fields of study include BCom Accounting, BCom Financial Management, BCom Auditing, and BBA Finance and Investment.
Computershare Graduate Development Programme Application Procedure
Interested applicants can apply throughout the year by following these steps:
- Prepare the necessary documents: CV, cover letter, matric certificate, and tertiary academic transcripts and certificates (certified).
- Email your documents to recruitment@computershare.co.za.
- Await feedback from the recruitment team.
Please note that applicants who have participated in previous learnership, graduate, or internship programmes or who have been permanently employed at other companies do not qualify. Previous work experience such as vacation work and/or in-service training is welcome but not required.
Computershare Graduate Development Programme Application Dates
Applications are accepted throughout the year, giving prospective applicants ample time to prepare and submit their applications. However, the programme begins each January, so applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible to be considered for the upcoming intake.
