Ford Young Professionals Internship Eligibility

To apply for these training programs, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Have successfully completed a National Diploma (360 credits), BTech, Degree, or Bachelor of Laws (LLB), depending on the specific role requirements, with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
2. Must not be currently involved in their studies.
3. Should be a recent graduate and fit within the youth or young professional category.

Note: Preference will be given to suitably qualified applicants who are members of the designated groups in line with the employment equity plan and targets of Ford Motor Company.
