Application for the Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) Property Development Internships Programme – 2021 Entry is now open for interested applicants by COGTA in South Africa.
COGTA is currently looking for Interns to join our dynamic teams across various Business Units. The duration of the Programme is 12 months. This developmental opportunity will equip graduates with core competencies to optimally perform in the administration field across all sectors.
The Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA), in partnership with Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA), invites unemployed applications for Internship and HET graduate placement on property development in Mpumalanga Province within the next 12 months.
The COGTA Property Development Internships uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognised qualification/certification.

COGTA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Certified copy of Matric Certificate with minimum English Level 4 and Mathematics minimum Level 4 OR Mathematical Literacy Level 5 minimum (Certification stamp must not be older than 6 months)
- Certified copy of qualification (Certification stamp must not be older than 6 months)
- Certified copy of South African ID (Certification stamp must not be older than 6 months)
- Recent Municipal proof of residential address
- CV (Provide two cell phone numbers)
- Professionally prepared Application Letter
Application must meet ALL the following criteria:
- Must have completed his/her degree or diploma in Property development,
- Must be a South African citizen and be between 18 and 35 years of age,
- Must be willing to enter into a 12-month uninterrupted contract,
- Must be prepared to be placed in any municipality within the Province
COGTA PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Medium of instruction during training will strictly be in English. Successful learners will receive a monthly stipend. Space is limited.
Applications must be submitted on form (Z83) obtainable from any Public Service Department or at www.dpsa.gov.za.
