SAB Graduate Management Trainee Programme Eligibility
To be eligible for the SAB Graduate Management Trainee Program, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
- By program start, have completed or be in the final year of a bachelor’s degree (STEM discipline preferred); and/or
- Be studying towards a Post Grad (PGDip) Business Administration, Masters (or equivalent) degree, which would be advantageous
- Have no more than 3 years of total full-time formal working experience by the program start date (internship, vacation work, short-duration contracts, and co-op experiences do not apply)
- Possess legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country for which the application is being submitted
- Be proficient in English
- Be fully mobile and open to working and living in various locations
