South African Graduate Program Eligibility

Program Duration & Structure:

• The Graduate Program spans 12 months.
• It’s tailored for individuals who have recently completed their studies or are pursuing their honours.
• Participants will be mentored by CSG’s skilled team, gaining insight from real-world work exposure.

Candidate Profile:

• Passion & Motivation: Individuals with a drive to be part of a larger mission and eager to gain valuable work insights.
• Background: Although specific educational backgrounds are desired for different roles, CSG encourages candidates from varied backgrounds to apply. They believe in the power of transferable skills over a static resume.

Specific Program Qualifications:

• System Analyst Graduate: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
• Software Dev Engineer Graduate: Degree/Diploma in Applications Development, Information Technology (with a major in software development) or a related domain.
• Test Engineer Graduate: Degree in Software Development, IT, Computer Science, or related.
• Tech Support Graduate: Degree in Software Development, Informatics, Computer Science.
• Other opportunities include roles in Business Consultancy, Billing Analysis, Project Support Analysis, and Finance. The required educational backgrounds vary, ranging from degrees in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, and Finance.
