Key Functions and Responsibilities
As an Intern, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting research and drafting solutions for review.
- Supporting administrative delivery for projects or programs.
- Completing tasks on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of your line manager or senior team stakeholder.
- Primarily interacting with the Business Academy team, although you may join meetings or email threads involving the wider business.
- Video editing.
- Using PowerPoint skills to support learning content development.
- Editing transcripts, requiring strong English language skills.
Eligibility Criteria
We’re looking for someone who:
- Adheres to TMF Group’s values in all interactions, both internally and externally.
- Shows awareness of stakeholders and their business needs.
- Responds promptly to client requests, ideally within agreed timelines.
- Follows through on agreements and expectations, keeping stakeholders and the team updated as required.
- Understands the impact of poor service and is confident to escalate issues when needed.
- Is a graduate or post-graduate student with a focus on Adult Learning Theory and Design or other business-aligned studies.
