We are pleased to announce that the application for the 2024 Department of Transport DLCA Graduate Internship positions is now open.
The Department of Transport’s Driving Licence Card Account is dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment. With specific employment equity targets, it aims to achieve representativity by welcoming applications from Coloured males and females, Indian males and females, as well as people with disabilities, for its Internship Programmes.
DLCA Graduate Internship Eligibility
To be eligible for the internship programme, individuals must be:
- Unemployed graduates aged between 18-35 years seeking practical work experience.
- Interested in a career within the Public Service.
- Candidates who have not previously partaken in an internship programme.
Positions
Several internship opportunities are available within different branches and chief directorates of the Driving Licence Card Account, including:
- Finance Intern
- Supply Chain Intern
- Production Intern
- Help Desk
- Service Desk
- Human Resources Management
- Risk and Compliance
- Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Information Technology
- Administration – Office of the Head of Entity
Each position comes with a stipend of R7 043.25 per month and will be based in Erasmuskloof, Pretoria.
