The application for the CPUT Department: Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment Bursary for the academic year 2022/2023 is now open by CPUT for all South Africans in South Africa.
The CPUT hereby invites all outstanding students to apply for the 2022/2023 Bursary. It is meant for students that intend to, or are currently studying towards degree and diploma programmes that are aligned to the following listed below:

CPUT DEPARTMENT: FORESTRY, FISHERIES AND THE ENVIRONMENT BURSARY APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
The department offers bursaries in the following fields of study:
- Biodiversity and Conservation (Ref: B&C/01/2022)
- Fisheries Management (Ref: FI/01/2022)
- Forestry Management (Ref: FO/01/2022)
- Climate Change and Air Quality and Sustainability Development (Ref: CCAS/01/2022)
- Environmental Programmes (Ref: EP/01/2022)
- Oceans and Coast (Ref: OC/01/2022)
- Regulatory Compliance and Sector Monitoring (Ref: RCSM/01/2022)
The minimum requirements to apply for the bursary is Grade 12(Matric). Consideration will be given to previously disadvantaged and people with disabilities who are South African citizen. The maximum amount of the bursary is R40 000.00.
Note: This advert only applies to individuals that are registered as fulltime students with the institution of higher learning or currently doing Grade 12 (Matric) and not employed. Please indicate clearly on the application form the reference number and the study field. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Correspondence will be limited to successful applicants only. If you have not been contacted by end of January 2022, please accept that your application was unsuccessful. Successful applicants will be expected to sign a bursary contract. No faxed or emailed applications will be accepted.
