Application for the JOSHCO Internships Programme – 2022 Entry is now open for interested applicants by JOSHCO in South Africa.
JOSHCO is offering an Internship opportunity to unemployed and prospective graduates to apply in the fields that are in line with the Corporation’s core business. The Corporation is therefore inviting applications for the JOSHCO Internship Programme that runs for a maximum period of 12 months in the following disciplines/fields of study.

The JOSHCO Internship Programme uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognized qualification/certification. JOSHCO provides an internship opportunity in the following areas listed below:
- Compliance
- Human Resource (HR)
This internship opportunity is situated at the following locations in South Africa:
- Puma head-office (Cape Town)
JOSHCO INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
Requirements, interested applicants must be in possession of:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Bachelor’s Degree / National Diploma in Accounting, Auditing, Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, Legal or similar qualification.
- Computer Literacy (MS Office applications)
- Must be able to work extended hours as and when required.
- Ages between 18 -35 years,
- Only City of Joburg residents will be considered (Proof of Residence)
Skills and competencies- The ideal applicant must possess the following skills and competencies:
- Generic skills: Communication, Facilitation, Conflict Management, Teamwork
- Attributes: Emotional intelligence, Assertiveness, Interpersonal Skills, Attention to detail, Flexible, Reliable, Innovation.
