NOVARTIS QUALITY ASSURANCE BUSINESS ADMIN LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
Job Purpose:
- To provide support to the QA department to ensure timely batch releases and to meet with quality and regulatory objectives.
Major Activities and KPI’s
- -Support with temperature logger downloads and assessments for batch release.
- -Preparation of batch release support documents.
- -Creation and Updating of master release documents and maintenance of trackers.
- -Support in complaints and change control management.
- -Customs clearance and follow-ups.
- -Gathering and capturing quality information to support business and quality reports and quality projects.
- -Trouble shooting and incident management.
Key Performance Indicators:
- -Efficient support has been provided to the QA department for compliant product supply.
- -All complaints dealt with according to timelines and the necessary documentation is in place.
- -Adherence to cGMP and SOPs.
- -Timely management of complaints and change control actions.
- -Quality related processes are carried out in a timely manner.
- -Training conducted according to program.
- -Accurate information gathering and capturing and readily available information for business purposes, e,g compliance reviews, APQR reviews, budget etc.
- -Compliance with all aspects of the Code of Conduct and Novartis Policies and Procedures.
Minimum requirements
- -Minimum: Matric (grade 12)
- -Science degree
- -Basic Pharmacy Assistant or Post Basic Pharmacy Assistant qualification.
