The Corporation is therefore inviting applications for the RFG Foods WPBL Internship Programme that runs for a maximum period of 12 months in the following disciplines/fields of study.

The RFG Foods WPBL Internship Programme uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognized qualification/certification. RFG Foods WPBL provides an internship opportunity in the following areas listed below:
- Admin Coordinator
This internship opportunity is situated at the following locations in South Africa:
- Groot Drakenstein
RFG FOODS WPBL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Action H&S, Human Resources and Food Safety training to employees working on shift
- Action GMP checks together with Shift Leaders
- Capture training done on SAGE and file according to formal system
- Assist with payroll documentation collection to be sent to HR Office timeously
- Administer Kronos fingerpoint reader clockings for the specific shift
- Advise HR Department on IR and Absenteeism daily
- Action PPE requests in line with policy and ensure records are kept
- Assist with workplace injury paperwork
- Ensure all employees are inducted according to requirements before entering the unit/ factory
- Ad hoc duties
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- Excellent computer skills (Excel)
- HR Diploma with final marks above 70% average
Other attributes would include:
- Professional, enthusiastic, hardworking, well-organized, and able to prioritize
- Strong communication abilities
