Retail Property Management Graduate: B.Sc. Property Studies

This individual will be exposed to the full spectrum of day-to-day activities that occur within a retail centre. From property management to client interactions, the Graduate will get to experience and learn how a centre operates. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individual will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

2x Retail Facilities Management Graduates: BSc Construction Management / B Tech in Facilities Management

These individuals will be exposed to the full activities of facilities management within a retail centre. From maintenance to supplier management, the Graduate will experience and learn how important it is to keep a retail centre operating at its best. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individuals will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

Office Facilities Graduate: B.Sc. Construction Management / B Tech in Facilities Management

This individual will be exposed to the full activities of facilities management within the office sector. From maintenance to supplier management, the Graduate will experience and learn how important it is to keep office buildings operating at its best. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individual will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

Trading & Development Graduate: Quantity Surveying qualification

This individual will be exposed to the full spectrum of the development of commercial buildings. From the start of projects through to hand over the Graduate will experience and learn how manage a project. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individual will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

Cape Town Growsmart: Marketing qualification

This individual will be involved in the administration and coordination of our Growsmart project. They will be exposed to project management, coordination and educational initiatives that span South Africa. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individual will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

Cape Town Office Property Management Graduate: BSc Property Studies

This individual will be exposed to the full spectrum of day-to-day activities that occur within the office sector. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individual will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

2 x IT Graduates: BSc Computer Science

These individuals will be exposed to the full activities of the IT Department. From IT Project Management to architecture and development. The Graduates will experience and learn what an important role IT plays in the day-to-day operations of an organisation. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individual will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

Procurement Graduate: B Comm Finance / Procurement qualification / Quantity Surveying qualification

This individual will be exposed to the full activities of a procurement team within a corporate company. From RFPs to BBB-EE compliance and vendor applications, the Graduate will experience and learn how important the procurement function is. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individual will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

Corporate Social Responsibility Graduate: Bachelor of Social Science

This individual will be exposed to the full activities a corporate social responsibility team. From assisting with organising initiatives to administrating for internal programmes, the Graduate will experience and learn how important corporate social responsibility is within a corporate. By the end of the Graduate programme, the successful individual will be able to share solid knowledge about their experience.

Qualifications

• Must have completed their studies in 2021.
• Must have an Honours or an equivalent to Honours qualification.
