The Corporation is therefore inviting applications for the Konecranes Human Resource (HR) Graduate Internship Programme that runs for a maximum period of 12 months in the following disciplines/fields of study.

KONECRANES HUMAN RESOURCE (HR) GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or National Diploma in Human Resource Management
OUTPUT
Enter into a 12 months Learnership agreement (MOA) with the SETA
Undergo practical training and will have some exposure to:
- Interview and recruit skills to fill job openings.
- Promote a healthy working environment for staff and management.
- Assist to handle labour disputes and remedy any issues and employee might have.
- Initiate and monitor training and orientation plans for new starters.
- Assist with the exiting process of employees
- Manage risk by being compliant with South Africa labour laws and recommendations.
- Stay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employees.
- To some extent be involved with payroll and provident fund/pension enquiries.
