Job Purpose:
- Gain in-depth understanding of marketing strategies. The why, how and implementation thereof.
Accountabilities:
- -Design and build marketing plans.
- -Monitor progress versus plan and adjust as needed.
- -Support Compliance standards are kept within the division.
- -Collaboration – impact to team.
- -Launch excellence: Successful brand launch and uptake of promoted brands.
- -Access: State/provincial impact: building PC foundations (Asthma, HF access).
- -Marketing messages per customer & segment group.
- -Brand team meetings, public sector meetings, sales teams meetings, CE support for digital strategies & supply chain.
Key Performance Indicators:
- -Complete learnership file.
- -Support in creating patient penetration (patient reach) – impact to patients.
- -Digital platforms – leverage, execute and manage.
- -Ensure compliance in all activities related to the role – even recons, events etc.
- -Impact in multi-stakeholder impact: support Brand managers in delivering value for patients and business alike.
