The Footgear offer an Internship opportunity to unemployed graduates to apply in the fields that are in line with the Corporation’s core business. The Corporation is therefore inviting applications for the Footgear HR Management Internship Programme that runs for a maximum period of 12 months in the following disciplines/fields of study.

The Footgear HR Management Internship Programme uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognized qualification/certification. Footgear provides an internship opportunity in the following areas listed below: 

  • HR Management

This internship opportunity is situated at the following locations in South Africa:

  • Northern Suburbs (Cape)

FOOTGEAR HR MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP ROLES, APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

This programme aims at exposing unemployed young graduates to workplace practices for a duration of 12 months in order to maximize their chances of being employed.

  • Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Completed 18-month workplace experiential training
  • N. Diploma at a registered FET College
  • HR Management
  • The graduate will be paid a stipend of R4500.00 per month.
