Necsa is offering an Learnership opportunity to unemployed and prospective graduates to apply in the fields that are in line with the Corporation’s core business. The Corporation is therefore inviting applications for the Necsa Security Learnership Programme that runs for a maximum period of 24 months in the following disciplines/fields of study.

The best student on the course receives an accolade for performing well academically,  and for excelling in all areas of the training. By portraying a positive attitude, this student contributes to enhancing the image of Necsa.

The Necsa Security Learnership Programme uses a fully integrated approach that combines theory with practical training and leads to a recognized qualification/certification. Necsa provides an Learnership opportunity in the following areas listed below:

NECSA SECURITY LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY

Application Requirements for a Necsa Security Training Learnership

Necsa offers an opportunity for a 12 months Security Learnership to unemployed candidates between the ages of 18-30 years who are in possession of a Matric (Grade 12) certificate. The candidates must be South African citizens with no criminal record.

Candidates can be subjected to written tests, interviews, undergo physical fitness test as part of the selection criteria. The selection criteria will be conducted in terms of Necsa equity plan, Skills Development Policies and other relevant policies or plans.

Requirements for Applications:

Interest candidates must supply the following information:

  • A neatly typed CV
  • Certified copy of RSA Identity Document
  • Certified copy of Matric certificate
